Your Role as a Social Media Manager
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, aimed at enhancing brand awareness, customer engagement, and online presence. You’ll collaborate with various teams, including marketing, content development, and design, to craft compelling content that resonates with our audiences across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with TechGiant Inc.’s business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using KPIs to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive brand loyalty, awareness, and product promotion.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools, implementing best practices to maintain TechGiant Inc.’s competitive edge.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and target audience research.
- Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure alignment on visual and textual messaging across all platforms.
- Conduct social media audits to assess performance, identify strengths and weaknesses, and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate training for team members on social media best practices and strategies.
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing successful social media initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in social media management, ideally within a tech or consumer-facing industry.
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and develop engaging content tailored to different audiences.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
